Sarah is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist who received her Master’s degree from Midwestern. Sarah began her career working with adults in the sub-acute setting; however, quickly realized her passion was working in the pediatric setting. She has experience working with infants, toddlers, and children with sensory processing disorders, ADHD, Down syndrome, fine/visual motor delays, Cerebral Palsy, and autism spectrum disorder. Sarah has worked with children in outpatient clinics, schools, and at home in both group and individual sessions. Sarah incorporates strategies from the Zones of Regulation, Handwriting Without Tears, and the DIR/Floortime model into her treatments. She is experienced in completing screenings, administering occupational therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment goals, and planning client-centered sessions. She finds it imperative to collaborate with team members to ensure strategies are carried out in the home, clinic, and school setting. Sarah enjoys exploring the city in her free time.
